Your organization funds a production run of water cartons for Phoenix's heat season. Your name is acknowledged on every carton. The water goes out free at Heat Relief Network sites and local events.
How It Works
Four phases. One production run.
Phase 02
We Print.
Your name and logo are printed on the carton panels as the sponsor of the run. Placement and count depend on the sponsorship level.
Phase 03
We Distribute.
Cartons go out free at Heat Relief Network sites, community events, and cooling centers across the Phoenix metro. No one pays for the water.
Phase 04
You're Acknowledged.
Your sponsorship is a charitable contribution to Hydrate PHX, Inc., a qualified sponsorship under IRC § 513(i). You receive a written acknowledgment letter and a listing on hydratephx.org/sponsors.

How is sponsorship treated for taxes?
Hydrate PHX, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization
(effective March 18, 2026). Sponsorship payments are charitable
contributions under a qualified sponsorship arrangement
(IRC § 513(i)). For the tax treatment of your specific
contribution, please consult your tax advisor.
