All content on this website — including text, images, logos, carton packaging artwork, page designs, and the Hydrate PHX name and brand — is owned by Hydrate PHX, Inc. unless otherwise noted.
You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to any page. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use our name, logo, or brand in any way that implies endorsement without written permission.
If you'd like to use our content for news coverage, academic research, or nonprofit collaboration, contact us at info@hydratephx.org. We're usually happy to help.
Donations
Giving Through This Site.
Donations made through this website are processed by Givebutter, a third-party donation platform. Givebutter's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern your use of their services.
All donations to Hydrate PHX are voluntary. For questions about refunds, contact info@hydratephx.org. Givebutter's Terms of Use govern the donation transaction.
Hydrate PHX is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
We do not store your credit card or payment information. All payment processing is handled by Givebutter through Stripe.
Submissions
Information You Send Us.
When you submit information through our contact, volunteer, newsletter, or sponsorship forms, you grant Hydrate PHX permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry and for the purpose stated on the form. We will not use your submission for unrelated purposes.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
